Superleap processes personal data on behalf of Customers as a Data Processor. Customers determine the purposes of processing and remain responsible for compliance with data protection laws. Superleap is Data Fiduciary only where expressly required by law.

Information Collected: information you provide (name, email, phone, company); information processed through Services (CRM records, usage preferences); and information collected automatically (IP address, browser type, cookies).
Use: providing Services; customer support; product improvement; service communications; security and fraud prevention; legal compliance. Customer CRM data is never used for advertising or targeting.

Sharing: with service providers under confidentiality; with legal authorities as required by law. Superleap does not sell personal data.

Retention: retained only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or legal obligations. Customer CRM data is retained per Customer instructions and deleted/returned upon termination.

Security: encryption, access controls, monitoring, and incident response.
